My Group Benefits is a web resource for members of employer groups that provides exclusive access to a wealth of information specific to that employer group’s benefit plan, including plan documents, contact numbers and website links.

Access to My Group Benefits is only available to members whose employers/plan sponsors have chosen to provide this service.  You can access My Group Benefits through the drop-down at the bottom of this page.

All employer group members also have access to My Online Services, our secure member portal, which is available through the link at the top of this page.  With My Online Services, you may view your personal health information and perform other functions, such as print out an ID card.
