Coventry Health Care of Florida also offers:
Open Access Benefits for Members enrolled in the HMO High and Low Options
Members enrolled in the HMO High and Low options are not required to obtain referrals for covered services. Visit the participating specialist of your choice without a referral from your primary care physician.
Direct Access to Specialists - Kids Plan
Coventry Health Care of Florida has more than 9,000 participating providers and offers the freedom to see any of the following specialists, without a referral: Chiropractors, Dermatologists, Gynecologists, Optometrists, Podiatrists, Psychiatrists and Psychologists.
Preventive Vision and Dental – Kids Plan
Preventive vision and dental benefits are available for members enrolled in the Basic and Enhanced Kids Plans. Visit participating providers for refractive eye exams and routine cleanings for just a copay.

Prescription Drug Mail Order Savings
Convenience and savings are easy when you use our mail order service through Medco. For a lower copay, receive a 90 day supply of your prescription medications in the mail.
It’s easy to register and order your first prescription by mail:
Complete the registration form and mail the form along with your original prescription. If you need your medication right away: request two prescriptions from your provider; one for the initial supply that your pharmacy can fill immediately and one for a 90 day supply with three refills to include with your Prescription Mail Order Form.

Dependent Passport Program
Dependents can take advantage of the Coventry Dependent Passport Program. The Passport Program provides access to the Coventry National Network for dependents living outside of the Coventry Health Care of Florida HMO service area.

Coventry WellBeing
Nothing is more important to Coventry than our members' health and wellness. Members have access to Coventry's WellBeing online health and wellness portal, including a Health Risk Assessment questionnaire, online coaching programs such as tobacco cessation, blood pressure management, cholesterol management and others. To help members with their program and track progress, we offer additional tools such as a step tracker, a restaurant guide and BMI calculator.
WellBeing CAM Program
With the Complementary Alternative Medicine (CAM) Program, members have access to discounts of up to 30% for various alternative therapies including, Acupuncture, Guided Imagery, Massage, Nutrition, Pilates, Tai Chi, Vitamins, Yoga and more.
Online Tobacco Cessation
Online tobacco cessation support is provided. The program offers members the tools to help them throughout the quitting process, including forums and chats, national directory of cessation programs to find offline local support, tailored quitting guide for each stage of change, games to distract from cravings.
Weight Loss Discounts
Members have access to discounts at Jenny Craig and Weight Watchers for weight loss programs.
Jenny Craig
